Das Geschäftsmodell unseres Ventures TOMRA Feedstock besteht darin, Plastikfraktionen aus gemischtem Abfall, der derzeit gesammelt verbrannt wird, recycelbar zu machen und so in den Wertstoffkreislauf zurückzuführen. Dazu errichten und betreiben wir eigene Sortieranlagen in Europa.

**Stellenbeschreibung**
Als analytische und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Liebe zum Detail, einem Gespür für Zahlen und der in der Buchhaltung nötigen Genauigkeit passt du perfekt in unser Feedstock Team. Denn wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n **Financial **Accountant **(M/F/d) in Voll
- oder Teilzeit.**

Deine Aufgaben:

- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Kontierung von Kreditorenrechnungen sowie Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Erstellung von Debitorenrechnungen
- Prüfung von Forderungen und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
- Liquiditätsplanung
- Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung in der Erstellung des Monats
- und Jahresabschlusses
- Zentrale Projektrolle in der mittelfristigen Internalisierung der Buchhaltung sowie perspektivisch die buchhalterische Bearbeitung sämtlicher laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
- Verantwortung für den Prozess der Reisekostenerstattung, inkl. Prüfung der Abrechnungen und Umsetzung der Rückzahlungen
- Einhaltung rechtlicher Reportingpflichten in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Buchhaltern
- Optimierung unserer Accounting Prozesse und Richtlinien
- Unterstützung in der Vorbereitung von Budgets, Forecasts und Reports
- Sonstige Tätigkeiten im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling, z.B. Erstellung von Auswertungen oder Statistiken

Aufgrund dieser Aufgaben erfordert die Position eine Tätigkeit von ca. 50% vor Ort an unserem Standort in Mülheim-Kärlich bei Koblenz mit der Möglichkeit, die restliche Zeit remote zu arbeiten.
**Qualifikationen**
Praktische Erfahrung
- mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Bereich Finanzen/Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Vertraut in der Anwendung der Grundsätze der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
- Kenntnisse der IFRS Reporting-Standards sind wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit der MS Office 365 Suite, auch im kollaborativen Arbeiten unter Nutzung der Cloud-Umgebung

Ausbildung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Finance-Schwerpunkt (z.B. Bankkaufleute, Finanzbuchhalter*in, Steuerfachangestellte*r) und / oder nachgewiesene relevante Praxiserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

- Mitdenkend und eigenständig in der Aufgabenumsetzung
- Analytisch, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und kooperativ mit interkultureller Kompetenz
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, angepasst an die jeweilige Zielgruppe
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, gern auch einer weiteren europäischen Sprache
