**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Physical Security Spezialist*in Sicherheitszentrale wirkst Du maßgeblich an der Aufrechterhaltung und Optimierung der Physischen Sicherheit in der Commerzbank mit. Darüber hinaus gewährleistest du den reibungslosen Betrieb der Sicherheitszentrale sowie des Leitstellenmanagementsystems. Du planst und koordinierst die Abläufe in der Sicherheitszentrale und erstellst entsprechende Prozesse. Du verantwortest den personellen Objektschutz der Zentrale, der inländischen Filialen und steuerst den Einsatz unserer externen Sicherheitsdienstleister. Weiter unterstützt du den Abteilungsleiter Physical Security in fachlichen Fragen, bei der Einführung von strukturellen Veränderungen, Abläufen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt zudem die Entwicklung von Konzepten zur strategischen, strukturellen und prozessualen Weiterentwicklung der dir anvertrauten Themen. Du analysierst komplexe Sachverhalte, wertest sie aus und stellst die zusammengefassten Ergebnisse übersichtlich dar. Du steuerst Bewachungsaufträge, administrierst das Leitstellen-Managementsystem, sicherst Videosequenzen bei behördlichen Ermittlungsverfahren (Beweissicherung) und stellst diese den Fachabteilungen und Behörden bedarfsgerecht zur Verfügung. Weiterhin bist Du verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Lagebildern, Reports und Präsentationen für das Management.
**Dein Profil**:
- Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Sicherheitsmanagement (idealerweise ergänzt durch fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Berufsausbildung im Sicherheitsgewerbe: Security Manager / Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit / Technischer Betriebswirt)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sicherheitsmanagement bzw. im Sicherheitsumfeld sowie bei der Steuerung einer Sicherheitszentrale/von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sicherheits
- und Bewachungswesen sowie im Objektschutz
- Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Grundlagen der Bewachungstätigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Einsatz von Sicherheitstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Steuerung einer Sicherheitszentrale sowie der Administration von Leitstellen-Managementsystemen
- Serviceorientierung, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Konfliktfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und starke Kommunikations
