Your Tasks
- Gruppenweiter Experte für Finance Prozesse in der Dürr Gruppe und Global Key User SAP FI (SAP ERP und S/4) im Team „Digital Finance“ der Dürr Group
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Finance-Prozessen und -Methoden als Mitglied des gruppenweiten Finance Process Governance Teams
- Unterstützung der Leitung des Finance Process Governance Teams
- Mitarbeit in führender Rolle in gruppenweiten, internationalen Projekten im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation (u.a. OneERP - Einführung SAP S/4HANA sowie OneFinance zur Umsetzung der Finance Strategy 2025)
- Definition, Kommunikation und Training von gruppenweiten Finance Richtlinien
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Richtlinien in den lokalen Prozessen zusammen mit den divisionalen und lokalen Key Usern und der IT
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von globalen Datenstrukturen in SAP S/4HANA (z.B. Konzernkontenplan)
Your Skills
- Studienabschluss in einem einschlägigen Studienfach (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Vertiefung Finanzen/Rechnungswesen/Accounting)
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre operative Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
- Erfahrung als Process Owner, Key User und/oder Berater wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP ERP, insbesondere SAP FI - Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil
- Projekterfahrung aus relevanten Finance Projekten im SAP Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch
- Zielorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die sich durch eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität auszeichnet
