Die internationale Tanz
- und Theaterkompanie Constanza Macras│DorkyPark mit Sitz in Berlin sucht Unterstützung im Bereich Regieassistenz (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std/W). Die Hospitanz läuft für 12 Wochen zwischen dem 02.04.2024 und dem 19.09.2024. Die Stelle ist unvergütet.
Für die neue Produktion von Constanza Macras, die im September in der Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz uraufgeführt wird, unterstützt Du die Regieassistentin bei der Umsetzung aller notwendigen Tätigkeiten in verschiedenen Kommunikations
- und Projektebenen und Arbeitsabläufen und leistest mit Deiner Sachkenntnis, Deinen organisatorischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg der Kompanie.
Der Zeitplan ist wie folgt:
02.04.2024 - 06.04.2024: Beginn der Proben in Rummelsburg
15.04.2024 - 14.06.2024: Proben in Rummelsburg
27.06.2024 - 05.07.2024: Proben in Rummelsburg
03.09.2024 - 18.09.2024: Bühnenproben in der Volksbühne
19.09.2024: Premiere
Deine Aufgaben:
- Allgemeine Unterstützung der Regieassistentin
- Betreuung der Probenorganisation
- Organisation und Kommunikation zwischen den Beteiligten der Produktion (Regie/Bühne/Kostüme/Requisiten//Licht/PerformerInnen)
- Moderation des Zeitplans
Wir erwarten von Dir:
- Freude am Kommunizieren und Organisieren im Team
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Regie wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssicher in Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- die Bereitschaft an betriebsbedingten Arbeitszeiten (Abende, Wochenenden)
- Terminliche Flexibilität bei spontanen Änderungen des Zeitplans

INTERNSHIP: DIRECTOR‘S ASSISTANT (M/F/d)
The international dance and theatre company Constanza Macras│DorkyPark, based in Berlin is looking for full-time support (40 hrs/w) in the area of assistant director (M/F/d). The internship runs for 12 weeks between 02.04.2024 and 19.09.2024. The position is unpaid.
For the new production by Constanza Macras, which will premiere in September at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, you will support the assistant director in the implementation of all necessary activities in various communication and project levels and work processes and make an important contribution to the success of the company with your expertise, organizational and communication skills.
The schedule is as follows:
02.04.2024 - 06.04.2024: Start of rehearsals in Rummelsburg
15.04.2024 - 14.06.2024: Rehearsals in Rummelsburg
27.06.2024 - 05.07.2024: Rehearsals in Rummelsburg
03.09.2024 - 18.09.2024: Stage rehearsals at Volksbühne
19.09.2024: Premiere
Your tasks:
- General support to the assistant director
- Organization of the rehearsals
- Communication between the people involved in the production (director/stage/costumes/props//lighting/performers)
- Monitoring the schedule
We expect from you:
- Communication and organizational skills
- Further experience in direction is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English/German is a plus
