**Your mission**:
As Junior Legal Counsel or alternatively as Paralegal you will support Eterno's internal legal department.
In terms of content, you will focus on legal issues
- around our financing rounds,
- our customer contracts,
- the rental of our Eterno Spaces,
- and data protection topics.

You should be motivated to familiarise yourself with various areas of law and have in-depth knowledge of at

least two of the legal fields mentioned above. We also want you to have a genuine interest in our business

model and in health policy issues that affect Eterno.

The legal work at Eterno is diverse, demanding in terms of content and also requires organisational talent - if

**Your mission**:

- Revision of our customer contracts, drafting of supplementary agreements (knowledge of general contract law and SaaS contracts is desirable)
- Legal support for our financing rounds, communication with investors, organisation of notary appointments and project coordination with all stakeholders
- Involvement in Eterno Space lease negotiations, project coordination, review of addenda
- Supervision of data protection issues, revision of our data processing agreements, review of internal and external data protection documentation
- Further development of the area of data protection in collaboration with our data team
- Provide support to all teams on legal matters,
- Development and implementation of effective legal processes

**Your profile**:

- 2 years of experience, ideally in a law firm where you have been exposed to at least two of the above specialisms
- Further experience in a start-up, ideally in the healthcare/health-tech sector is desirable
- You are able to liaise with and challenge senior management and handle sensitive and secure data
- Organisational skills and coordination of various stakeholders and external legal advisors
- Language: German native and fluent in English
