Wir suchen dich, um gemeinsam mit unserem interdisziplinären Team die größte journalistische Expertenplattform im deutschsprachigen Internet unter der Marke _Focus Online_ aufzubauen.
Mit der Expertenplattform wollen wir einen echten Differenzierer im Segment der News Portale schaffen - einen lebendigen Ökokosmos, einen Marktplatz der Lösungen, bei dem wir für die Nutzer:innen von _Focus Online_ die breiteste und beste Auswahl von Expert:innen zu den unterschiedlichsten Themenbereichen versammeln und damit das publizistische Angebot an Ratgeber-, Hintergrund
- und Perspektivformaten deutlich ausbauen.
- Du baust mit uns die größte redaktionelle Expertenplattform im deutschsprachigen Internet auf
- Du repräsentierst unsere Plattform in redaktioneller Hinsicht nach außen und bist ein:e wichtige:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Partner und Kooperationspartner
- Du prägst maßgeblich die strategische Ausrichtung der Plattform aus redaktioneller Sicht und entwickelst innovative Ideen für neue Formate und Themenfelder
- Du setzt mit unserer Plattform neue Trends im digitalen Journalismus und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte auf der Plattform optimal präsentiert werden
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team koordinierst du redaktionelle Prozesse und Workflows und stellst sicher, dass unsere Inhalte den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erreichung von Traffic und Verweildauer-Zielen und unterstützt die Teilnehmer:innen der Plattform mit all deiner Erfahrung dabei, wie sie eigenständig besser werden
- Mit deinen weitreichenden Kontakten trägst du maßgeblich zum Aufbau unseres Expert:innennetzwerks bei und bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Top-Expert:innen

- Als erfahrene:r Redakteur:in bist du in der Lage, Inhalte zu redigieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen
- Durch deine langjährige redaktionelle Erfahrung und dein Wissen über die redaktionellen Prozesse kannst du eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Expert:innenplattform-Team und der Redaktion gewährleisten
