**Aufgabenbereich**
Der Hauptzweck besteht darin, Mehrwert beschaffungsbezogener Dienstleistungen für Kunden in strukturierter, professioneller und konsistenter Weise zu liefern.
**Verantwortlichkeiten**
Wir suchen derzeit einen Senior Consultant, für unser EMEA IT-Sourcing Team. Der Senior Consultant sollte eine dynamische, stark auf den Kunden fokussierte Person sein und über nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Technologiedienstleistungen verfügen.
Die Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:
- Unabhängige Koordination und Verwaltung von Beschaffungsinitiativen in den Bereichen IT-Hardware, Software und Cloud-Lösungen, IT-Dienstleistungen, Netzwerk und Telekommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
- Analyse und Berechnung der Beschaffungskosten und Vorschläge zur Kostensenkung
- Definition und Durchführung von Verhandlungsstrategien und Sicherstellung von wertsteigernden Vereinbarungen für unsere Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen (Kunden und Lieferanten) wichtigen Interessengruppen
- Kontrolle und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen (RfX) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
- Durchführung von Kosten
- und Szenarioanalysen sowie Benchmarking
- Einschätzung von Risiken und Anwendung von risikominimierenden Techniken
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Lieferanten
**Anforderungen**
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Technologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- 3 - 6 Jahre Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Sourcing mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Bereich Softwarelizenzmodelle, IT-Infrastruktur und cloudbasierte Dienstleistungen sowie Telekommunikation und Netzwerke
- Serviceorientierte Denkweise und Fähigkeit zur Interaktion mit wichtigen Interessengruppen
- Fähigkeit, Verhandlungen im Namen des Kunden zu führen
- Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie schnelles Verständnis komplexer Inhalte, Zahlen und Schnittstellen
- Verständnis von Technologien, Prozessen, Tools sowie vertraglichen und rechtlichen Aspekten der IT
- Proaktive, pragmatische, zielorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamplayer mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und einer gewinnenden Persönlichkeit
- Erfahrung mit Beschaffungstools und -prozessen
