Sei dabei, wenn wir uns für den Wachstumsmarkt der erneuerbaren Energien im Business Segment Large Scale für Projekte im Megawattbereich neu aufstellen. Du wirst als Industry Lead aus einer Outside-In-Perspektive die SMA Lösungen definieren, um den Nutzen für den Kunden und die Rentabilität der Lösungen für das Industriesegment PV zu maximieren.
**Dein Beitrag für das große Ganze**
- Als Industry Lead
- hast Du die P&L Verantwortung für das Industriesegment PV, verfügst über ein tiefgehendes Verständnis der Kundenanwendungen und der spezifischen Kundenanforderungen und gestaltest auf dieser Basis unser Leistungsangebot und unsere Produktstrategie an maßgeblicher Stelle
- Du überblickst vor allem alle geschäftlichen Aspekte (wirtschaftliches und Marktumfeld des Kunden, Vergütung seiner Anlage, Business Case)
- Auf dieser Grundlage entwickelt Du für das Industriesegment die Strategie zur Schaffung (und ständigen Erneuerung) eines effektiven Wertangebots und einer nachhaltigen Differenzierung zum Wettbewerb
- Du hast eine starke Schnittstelle zu den Bereichen Finance, Sales & Markets, Customer Project Fulfillment und Customer Asset Management und nimmst aktiv Einfluss auf die Gestaltung unserer Wertschöpfungskette für "Deine Kunden", um auf diesem Weg das Leistungsangebot optimal zum Kunden zubringen
- Die Ableitung der Anforderungen an die (branchenspezifische) SMA Lösung und die Definition der Lösung, entwickelst Du zusammen mit dem Produktmanagement
**Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Deine vorzugsweise mindestens 10jährige internationale Berufserfahrung liegt idealerweise in einem der anvisierten Industriesegmente (PV, Storage, P2G)
- Du kannst auf ausgezeichnete betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie über fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Geschäftsentwicklung, Geschäfts
- und Budgetplanung und Rentabilitätsberechnung verweisen
- Du bewegst Dich souverän in einem globalen Umfeld und kannst fließend und verbindlich in Englisch und Deutsch kommunizieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten, eine unternehmerische Denkweise, Entscheidungs
- und Überzeugungskompetenz, ganzheitliches und dennoch zielgerichtetes Denken, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
