Fermentation Operator

Join our dynamic team as a Fermentation Operator (f/m/x), where you'll play a vital role in the hands-on operation and care of fermentation equipment within our dynamic work environment. If you're passionate about hands-on lab work, have an interest in fermentation, and thrive in a technical environment, we want to hear from you

**What you would do**
- Equipment Operation:

- Operate and maintain small-scale glass fermentation equipment (0.5L - 10L).
- Provide support for higher volume stainless steel equipment operation.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure safe operation in adherence to established procedures.
- Perform equipment sterilization and cleaning according to S1 regulations.
- Proactively maintain cleanliness and aseptic conditions in the workspace.
- Documentation and Inventory:

- Maintain accurate GMP records for regulatory compliance.
- Assist with in-process testing and review relevant documentation.
- Technical Skills:

- Utilize manual skills for machinery operation with a focus on biological work.
- Handle samples efficiently, demonstrating a strong technical understanding.
- Education background in BTA/MTA Apprenticeship or high school diploma with hands on lab experience
- Familiarity with biological work and sample handling
- Technical understanding of fermentation processes are a plus
- Able to follow routine technical tasks effectively
- Capable of frequently lifting and moving objects weighing up to 15kg
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing technical requirements
- Enthusiastic about manual work and machinery operation
