Als Teil der Business Unit Medical Systems ist die Gerresheimer Bünde GmbH eine der modernsten Produktionsstätten der Welt für vorfüllbare Spritzensysteme und Karpulen. Mit rund 800 Beschäftigten gilt unser Werk in Bünde im Kreis Herford als Kompetenzzentrum der Gruppe für Spritzen, die zur Langzeitlagerung von Arzneimitteln, wie beispielsweise Impfstoffen, verwendet werden.
Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgabenstellung:
- Unterstützung und Verbesserung der Herstellprozesse in der Glasformung zur Erreichung und Verbesserung der geplanten Produktionskennzahlen
- Verantwortung für die Inbetriebnahme (Begleitung, Abnahme) neuer Anlagen und Technologien der Spritzenformung
- Unterstützung des Kapazitätsausbau u. a. in Bünde, Queretaro und Skopje
- Durchführung von Personalqualifikationen (Maschinenbediener, Einrichter)
Qualifikationen
Profil:
- Technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung
- Aufstiegsfortbildung zum Meister oder Techniker von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Glasformung (Herstellung von Spritzen, Karpulen, Vials)
- Qualifikation als qualifizierter Maschinenbediener oder Einrichter für Glasformmaschinen
- Kenntnisse in der Inbetriebnahme, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen im Bereich der Glasformung
- Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft, werk
- und divisionsübergreifend in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
