**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- Lead your data science & business analytics colleagues by setting focus on the biggest opportunities and help them drive value quickly.
- You help other departments make better data driven decisions.
- You build the best pricing algorithm in our industry in collaboration with our revenue team.
- You develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- You are excited to join a fast-growing startup and shape the future direction of the Business Intelligence department.

**What you need to shoot for the stars**:

- You have at least one years of experience leading a team in a startup environment and a background of 4 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
- You have strong technical skills in SQL and Python, as well as proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with data visualisation tools.
- You have a strong understanding of business and financial metrics.
- You have a demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and effectively lead a team of highly skilled individuals.
- You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
