What you’ll do & Who you are

We are looking for a Senior UX Writer (f/m/d) for our German content

You’ll be the first UX Writer to join the UX Team, and as such, you’ll have an excellent combination of challenge and opportunity to establish your role and to have an impact.

The Role- Partner up with stakeholders like marketing and customer service to contribute to the evolution of our voice and tone of Kleinanzeigen ensuring consistency across our products and platforms.- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reference guidelines, standards, workflows, processes, and shared language.- Educate colleagues to use the writing guidelines and enable them to write Kleinanzeigen tone of voice copy themselves.- Create user-centric copy that guides our users with ease through our products.- Prepare to test your ideas qualitatively and quantitatively.- Partner up with UX designers and researchers to collect user feedback and conduct tests to optimize product content.- Connect with legal, UX, marketing and customer service to drive coherence across all touchpoints.- Turn English content from central components into Kleinanzeigen's tone of voice.

**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting for digital products in an agile environment. Ideally, with consumer and business customers. Additional history of writing for marketing or SEO is a plus.- Ability to deliver high-quality content for product user interfaces with attention to detail.-
- Native German speaker and excellent German written and verbal communication skills.- Minimum English level B2 to align content between different markets. Basic understanding of other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch is an advantage but not a requirement.- Solid knowledge of setting up and maintaining an online documentation repository and how to work with a content management system.- Experience with content and localisation management tools such as Phrase, Lokalise or Transifex and how to integrate them in your processes.- Be capable of operating in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams and balancing multiple priorities.- If possible, show examples of your written German work that shows a customer-centric mindset coupled with a strong understanding of business impact.
