**Das ist zukünftig Ihr Job**:

- Verantwortung und Steuerung für das funktionsübergreifende Agenturmanagement
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams im Bereich Brand, Development und Training
- Ausbau und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung sowie Fortführung der Konzeption und Implementierung standardisierter und digitalisierter Prozesse
- Führung der internen und international aufgestellten Expertengruppe Agency Management Sounding Board
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie Enablement
- Verantwortung über Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Inhalte auf der Agency Management Seite

**Passende Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Ausrichtung Marketing und Marken oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise vierjährige Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen im Bereich Brand Management oder Marketingkommunikation
- Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung sowie Projektleitung innerhalb eines internationalen Umfelds
- Ziel
- und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Problemlösungskompetenz und Qualitätsanspruch von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler externer Partner oder Dienstleister sowie Verständnis im Zusammenspiel der Rollen Konzern und Matrix-Leadership
- Idealerweise sehr gute MS-Office-Kennnisse
- hervorragende Deutsch
- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
