Wir, H&M Global Logistics, sind der interne Logistikdienstleister für rund 550 angeschlossene Stores in Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Österreich und Slowenien.

An unserem Standort Hamburg stehen wir vor der Einführung eines neuen SAP-Warenwirtschaftssystems in unserem Logistikzentrum. Vor diesem Hintergrund bauen wir ein Team von System Specialists auf, die die Implementierung unterstützen, indem sie die Nutzer*innen in der Anwendung schulen und einen reibungslosen Übergang gewährleisten, mit dem Ziel langfristig erfolgreiche Logistikprozesse sicherzustellen und stetig zu optimieren.

Stellenbeschreibung

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:
Als Teil des System Specialists Teams für unser neues WMS (Warenwirtschaftssystem) bist du für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller logistischen Prozesse in unserem Distributionscenter und für die Behebung möglicher Fehler verantwortlich.
Mit deinen sicheren Kenntnissen der täglichen Routinen bist du Anlaufstelle für deine Kolleg*innen bei Fragen und Problemen mit Flow.
Du unterstützt unsere Departments dabei, die neuen Prozesse umzusetzen und bringst eigene Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ein.
Zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehört es ebenfalls, dein Wissen an deine Kolleg*innen im Rahmen von Unterweisungen weiterzugeben und sie in die Funktionalitäten des Systems einzuführen bzw. über neue Funktionalitäten eines Releases zu informieren
Langfristig leistest du technischen Support für die SAP - Systemlandschaft, stehst im Austausch mit unseren globalen IT-Teams in Schweden und Indien und gibst kontinuierlich Feedback zu den Prozessen.
Qualifikationen

Du bist eine aufgeschlossene, verantwortungsbewusste und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die es versteht, andere mit ihrer positiven Can-Do-Mentalität mitzuziehen, zu motivieren und zu inspirieren. Als System Specialist bist du nicht nur technisch sehr versiert, sondern hast auch ein Talent dafür selbst komplexe Inhalte deinen Kolleg*innen verständlich zu vermitteln und sie mit deiner Begeisterung anzustecken. Außerdem bringst du mit:
Motivation und Begeisterung, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten sowie eine hohe IT - Affinität
Verständnis der operativen Abläufe eines Logistikunternehmens und idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen sowie mit Microsoft 365
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
Fähigkeit und Spaß an der Vermittlung von fachlichen Inhalten
Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Lernbereitschaft

**Anmerkungen**:
Vollzeit, Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag in der Zeit von 14.40 bis 22.50 Uhr, samstags von 11.50 bis 20.00 Uhr, auf Basis einer 5-Tage-Woche
Bis zum Go Live im Februar 2025 (Trainingsphase) schichtübergreifende Arbeitszeit zwischen 6.00 und 20.00 Uhr möglich
Eingruppierung in G4a des Gehaltstarifvertrages
Es ist beabsichtigt, die Stellen für Systemspezialisten vorrangig mit internen Bewerbern zu besetzen. Hierzu werden etwaige Qualifikationslücken nach Möglichkeit geschlossen.
