About the job

In your new role you will:

- Contribute to the standardization & optimization of project management working methods
- Support the management of a large portfolio of international projects
- Provide guidance to business users in the use of newly introduced digital tools or products using fit-for-purpose channels and methods
- Contribute to strategic projects within and across business units
- Research & consolidate qualitative and quantitative information to derive critical insights and formulate actionable recommendations
- Visualize concepts and insights for communication to business leaders
- Prepare materials and formats for communications & dialogue with the wider organization

**Profile**:
You will be successful if you:

- Are enthusiastic about renewable energies
- Are available to work at your preferred location for 2-3 days a week
- Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Dutch or German skills are a plus
- Thrive in an international hybrid work environment, working independently & collaboratively
- Have entrepreneurial drive with a systematic and detail oriented working style
- Bring initial experience in process & information management and Sharepoint
- Combine strategic and analytical thinking with project management and communication skills
- Feel comfortable and competent with analyzing large amounts of information to derive insights, test hypotheses and formulate recommendations for developing products and services

Additional information
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Working hours for Working students: Variable 2-4 days/week, maximum 20 hours/week (40 hours/week during semester breaks)
- Duration Working student: At least 12 months
- Working hours mandatory internship: 40 hours/week
- Duration mandatory internship: 6 months
