Zur Unterstützung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir ab sofort nach einem **Accounting Specialist (M/F/d)**, zu besetzen an einem unserer Standort in München, Unterschleißheim, Friesoythe, Schwabenheim, Burgwedel oder Köln. Wir bieten eine unbefristete Position in Vollzeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit an allen Aufgaben der Finanzbuchhaltung und Unterstützung bei handelsrechtlichen und bilanziellen Themen
- Verantwortung für die termin
- und sachgerechte Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach US-GAAP
- Abschlussvorbereitung: u. a. Kontenabstimmung, Bildung von Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungsbuchungen
- Verantwortung für die Anlagenbuchhaltung nach US-GAAP und HGB
- Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und des Lageberichts nach HGB, einschl. der Bestandsbewertung bei den Produktionsgesellschaften
- Koordinierung und Betreuung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Hauptbuch
- Erstellung von internen und externen statistischer Meldungen
- Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschafts
- und Betriebsprüfer (externe Audits) sowie für interne Audits
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozessabläufe
- Durchführung von Sonderprojekten im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Mitwirkung in der Debitoren
- und der Kreditorenbuchhaltung

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Steuern oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines international agierenden Unternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und US-GAAP/IFRS
- SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Kompetenzen in virtuellem Arbeiten und moderner Kommunikation sowie Shared-Service-Mentalität
