Fachinformatiker 2nd Level Support (m/w/d), Vollzeit, Germering

Aufgaben
- Betreuung unserer Partner und Kunden bei Supportanfragen 2nd and 3rd Level (D /EN) rund um die ECM-Software
- Qualifizierung, Analyse der komplexen Fragestellungen in virtuellen und cloudbasierten Umgebungen
- Bereitstellung von individuellen Lösungen, teilweise in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkollegen
- Bearbeitung der Anfragen unter Verwendung von Remote Tools, Mail und Telefon (keine Callcenter-Tätigkeit)
- Dokumentation der Bearbeitungsschritte im zentralen Ticket-System
- Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Software-Entwicklung und Produktmanagement

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Informatikkaufmann/frau oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- Wir freuen uns auch über motivierte Quereinsteiger
- Erste Erfahrungen im Kunden-/ IT-Support
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Client
- und Server-Betriebssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Datenbanken (z.B. MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL) und Microsoft Webserver
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse beim Erstellen von Queries in SQL
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in deutscher UND englischer Sprache
- Service
