**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the contract administration process for reviewing contracts (Supply Agreement, Master Agreement, Quality Assurance Agreement, Development Agreement, etc.) with European customers.
- Prepare the initial redline of the agreement and ensuring complete information is available for the appropriate functional reviewers, determining who is required for review, and managing the review process and timelines.
- Draft agreements if Sales requires special terms.
- Analyse business and legal risks as needed and communicate to stakeholders.
- Consolidate inputs and feedback from reviewers into a master document and ensure that the reviewed contract is returned to the customer in a timely manner.
- Review customer inputs to facilitate the next round of reviews by Coherent’ s stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements with customers together with Sales and other stakeholder’s if needed.
- Clean up the agreed contract and route it for signature.
- Closely work with regional Sales Management to determine priorities and monitor that the review remains aligned on business objectives and policies.
- Maintain Coherent’ s Global Contract Library current regarding contracts with European customers and Global Sales Channel Partners
- Track existing contracts’ end/renewal dates so that Sales proactively re-engage with customers accordingly, as well as compliance status where applicable.

Education and Work Experience:
**Competencies**:

- General knowledge of commercial contract terms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization, including Sales, Business Management, Legal, Finance, Export Compliance and Quality professionals.
- Ability to get things done with informal authority and to meet demanding deadlines without requiring constant follow-up.
- Ability to re-order project priorities on short notice and to adapt to changing requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in German and English ad minimum.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar, plus 5-year work experience in administration of customer contracts in a complex sales environment and with a multinational company, preferably in the high-tech area.
