Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Applikationsspezialisten (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Order Entry an unserem Standort in München (Martinsried).

Aufgaben
- Administration des zentralen Laborsystems (Einrichtung & Pflege von Anforderungsformularen, Analysen, Kunden
- bzw. Einsender-Stammdaten etc.)
- Vor-Ort-Präsentation der Systeme, sowie Schulung, Startbegleitung und Nachbetreuung beim Kunden
- Vertretung und Vermittlung der Kundeninteressen im Labor
- Erstellung von Dokumenten & Berichten, Pflege der Dokumentation
- First-Level-Support für die Laborstandorte

Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (m/w/d) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise auch im Laborumfeld)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Abläufe und Erfordernisse in klinischen Laboren sowie im Praxisgeschehen
- idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Labor
- und Praxisverwaltungssystemen und deren Parametrierung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Order Entry bzw. Abrechnung (EBM, GOÄ) von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft & PKW-Führerschein
