**Die Rolle als Teamleiter Online Sales**

Du leitest ein regionales Sales Team und verantwortest dabei den kompletten Prozess von der Übernahme von Leads aus dem Marketing bis hin zum Closing.

Wir wachsen sehr stark. Skalierung von Prozessen und Einarbeitung weiterer Hubdriver sind ein großes Thema in deiner täglichen Verantwortung.

- Du führst eigenständig ein Sales Team mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern dieser Welt.
- Bei uns gibt es keine Kaltakquise Alle qualifizierten Leads erhält dein Team aus dem Marketing.
- Du hast eigene Verkaufschancen die du erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringst begeisterst
- Du führst aber auch und gibst kontinuierlich Coachings.
- Du behältst den Überblick über die Team-Performance durch vorhandene KPIs und Dashboards.
- Du adaptierst gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsleiter die Vertriebsprozesse regelmäßig für kontinuierliches Wachstum.
- Vom Standort Würzburg aus arbeitet dein Team für einen dedizierten Kontinent.
- Du berichtest an den Vertriebsleiter.

**Deine Erfahrung**
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Leitung eines kleinen Teams.
- Die Begeisterung von Menschen ist deine Leidenschaft.
- Du hast Lust auf die systematische Skalierung unseres Vertriebs.
- Auf jeden Fall brauchst du Eloquenz, ein sicheres Auftreten und geschliffene Umgangsformen, denn deine Gesprächspartner sind gestandene Persönlichkeiten.
- Dein Deutsch und dein Englisch sollten sitzen.
