Digital Marketing Associate/ Working Student

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-On in development and implementation of digital content to drive engagement and reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and create compelling content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Contribute to writing and editing content for various purposes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist in managing social media communities by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of content with overall company objectives.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media basics and different content forms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, WebFlow and Typo 3 is a plus.
