The Manager of EMEA Business Operations, is the strategic partner to European Sales Management, supporting them in driving the sales process and business execution with efficiency to achieve our strategic and financial objectives. This role manages a very capable team and together act as enablers for Sales to focus Demand Creation and deeper customer engagement through ownership of the following processes:

- Demand Creation Revenue - Supports segment sales deployment strategy and accountability
- Account List and Deployment data management
- Mapping and data maintenance support
- Develop customer program level forecasting that drives accuracy in Sales demand sell through forecast, and collaborate with Business mgmt. team to achieve financial metrics targets.
- Funnel Management - Drives segments to ensure healthy funnel pipeline to support future revenue growth
- Design in metrics and scorecards to drive Sales accountability
- Funnel analytics to model DIN/DWIN and identify gaps to segment growth model
- Design-in Target setting and performance
- Business Partnership - Drive efficient sales processes to support revenue growth
- Be the liaison between Sales and other operational functions to drive simplicity in the processes and promote strategic initiatives
- Sales Training
- Business management tools
- Planning processes and cadence
- Ad-hoc analytics and program management
