DODO ist unaufhaltsam Wir sind eine Technologie und Logistik Dienstleistung für E-Commerce, Einzelhandel, Restaurants und Fast Food und haben uns innerhalb weniger Jahre zu einem der größten Last-Mile-Delivery-Anbieter in Europa entwickelt. Wir sind derzeit in 6 Märkten tätig, in denen wir mit den größten Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um ihnen dabei zu helfen, ihre Waren so schnell wie möglich an ihre Kunden zu liefern, so dass unser Service dem Rest des Marktes einen Schritt voraus sein muss. Wir setzen fortschrittliche Technologien ein und entwickeln unsere eigene Logistikplattform GAIA, die eine Datenerfassung in Echtzeit ermöglicht. Dadurch können wir Waren schneller, effizienter und nachhaltiger ausliefern.
Aufgaben
- Operational Performance: Entwicklung, Überwachung und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen, um die operativen Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Rechnungsvorbereitung: Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams durch die sorgfältige Vorbereitung und Abstimmung von Rechnungen im operativen Bereich.
- Projektmanagement: Leitung und Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, die operativen Erfolg sicherstellen und das Kundenerlebnis verbessern.
- Business Cases: Du wirkst an Ausschreibungen mit und erstellst nachhaltige Cases um den finanziellen Erfolg von DODO sicherzustellen
- Administrative Aufgaben: Erstellung von Schichtplänen, Überwachung von Ordnungswidrigkeiten und weitere organisatorische Aufgaben, die für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgen.
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern: Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und Kunden und sorgst für einen effizienten Informationsaustausch.

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise in den Bereichen Logistik, Last Mile Operations oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten & Excel-Profi: Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Daten zu analysieren und nutzt Excel wie ein Profi, um daraus sinnvolle Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
- Organisationstalent: Du behältst immer den Überblick und sorgst für Struktur, auch in hektischen Situationen.
- Kommunikation: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich vermitteln und andere von Deinen Ideen begeistern.
