Your tasks

Wir suchen Sie, Team-Assistentin für das Global Law Department (m/w/diverse), für unseren Bereich Law and Intellectual Property am Standort Eschborn.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Organisation und Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit der Juristen (hauptsächlich des Antitrust-, des Export Controll-, Technical Regulatory Matters
- und Legal Operations-Teams) in einem Team von drei Teamassistentinnen
- Selbstständige Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Terminen und Besprechungen
- Planung und Organisation von Geschäftsreisen sowie deren Abrechnung
- Planung, Koordination und Organisation von Workshops und weiteren Veranstaltungen
- Mitwirkung in der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, z.B. Einholung von Inhalten, Zusammenstellung von Präsentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Verantwortung des Besuchermanagements
- Einbindung und Mitwirkung in definierten Bereichsthemen
- Kommunikation mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen, auch in englischer Sprache

**Profile**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Sekretariats-/Assistenzbereich oder im kaufmännischen Bereich in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office 365-Programmen, insbesondere Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ziel
- und Qualitätsorientierung, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
