**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Voranbringen unserer Kunden - durch gute Beratung und noch bessere Markenkommunikation
- Führung, Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Teammitgliedern
- (Datengestützte) Analyse, Strategie
- und Kampagnenentwicklung sowie Projektsteuerung
- Angebotsentwicklung, Budgetverwaltung und Qualitätsmanagement der Maßnahmen
- Pflege von Kontakten zu Journalist:innen, Influencern und anderen Stakeholdern
- Auf
- und Ausbau von Neugeschäft

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Markenkommunikation auf Agentur
- oder Unternehmensseite
- Routine in der Projekt
- und Leitung vielfältiger Teams
- Selbstbewusstes, klares Auftreten, Teamspirit, und Lust darauf, etwas zu gestalten
- Ausgeprägte Analyse
- und Strategiefähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen Instrumenten der Kommunikation
- Ein eigenes Netzwerk innerhalb der Branche
- Lust auf Budgetverantwortung und fachliche Führung
