We are expanding our existing team and looking for a third team member to support us in our daily work and challenges with our scope of Business Intelligence development. As a team, we are technical individuals who can work independently, with strong communication skills and the skills to develop sophisticated solutions from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment. In addition, we firmly understand business processes and needs across various functions in our role.

**How you will spend your time as our next BI Engineer**:
This opportunity is responsible for organizing valid data for key stakeholders by reviewing assigned requests and extracting and manipulating data to build usable reports for departmental needs and business objectives. In addition, you will work closely with business process experts and highly skilled colleagues to increase business insight and create value.

**What you will do**:

- Create visualizations by translating requirements and finding innovative solutions to support the development of the group-wide enterprise Business Intelligence solution.
- Create data models in QlikView and QlikSense, design dashboards for business users and develop reports to increase business know-how and value.
- Maintain report solution stack and work with continuous improvement of existing solution.
- Take part in the technical development of the BI solution.

**What we expect of you**:

- Proficiency in SQL and development in an analytics/data warehousing/big data environment.
- Experience with programming and creating visualizations, building dashboards, and prototypes.
- Knowledge of business needs and translating business requirements into solutions. First-hand experience with business functions, e.g., supply and demand planning or controlling, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
