Multifaktor-Authentifizierung (MFA) ist ein kundenorientiertes Cyber-Security-Produkt, das zum Produktportfolio Authentifizierung & Autorisierung und zum Geschäftsbereich Identity & Access Management (IAM) gehört. Das MFA-Produkt besteht aus mehreren Technologien, Plattformen und Dienstanbietern, die gemeinsam die Authentifizierungslandschaft des Unternehmens bilden und Endbenutzern den Zugang zu geschäftskritischen Systemen und Anwendungen ermöglichen, sowohl an entfernten als auch an Bürostandorten.

Die Rolle eines Product Owners innerhalb des Allianz Ökosystems, der für MFA verantwortlich ist, besteht darin, die kontinuierliche Produktevolution sowie funktionale und nicht-funktionale Entwicklungen zu steuern und den Wert auf der Grundlage der Kundennachfrage, Markttrends, der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und der Unternehmensstrategie zu maximieren, indem er die fachübergreifenden Fähigkeiten, Fertigkeiten und das Know-how der verschiedenen Abteilungen nutzt. Darüber hinaus ist der MFA Product Owner für die Definition der kurz
- und langfristigen Produktstrategie verantwortlich, in enger Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen IAM-Stämmen und IT-Sicherheitsinteressenten sowie der gesamten globalen Organisation, unter Berücksichtigung der Future Workplace-Landschaft und der Entwicklung hin zu Cloud-basierten und User-Behavior-Analytics (UBA)-Technologien.

In dieser Rolle wird er oder sie in engem Kontakt mit leitenden Stakeholdern aus dem Business und der IT stehen, unter anderem mit den globalen Security Governance & Security Operations Funktionen, sowie mit IAM Operations und den IAM Security Architects. Der Product Owner hat die Aufgabe, eine starke Sicherheitsorganisation weiterzuentwickeln, globale Sicherheitslösungen und -kontrollen zu entwickeln und den Rollout der Lösungen auf alle Allianz Organisationseinheiten weltweit auszuweiten.

**Veranwortungsbereiche**:

- Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Gesamtstrategie und die Implementierung des globalen Angebots der Multifaktor-Authentifizierung (MFA), die Maximierung des Produktwerts und die Messung der Kundenerfahrung und -zufriedenheit von Allianz Technology;
- Er verwaltet und priorisiert das Product Backlog, indem er kritische Punkte und Punkte mit hoher Priorität klar zum Ausdruck bringt, die Punkte so anordnet, dass die Ziele und Aufgaben am besten erreicht werden, die Wünsche der Stakeholder im Product Backlog darstellt und sicherstellt, dass das Product Backlog sichtbar ist;
- Stellt regelmäßige Updates zur Verfügung und schafft Transparenz gegenüber dem Kunden, an welchen prioritären Punkten das Scrum-Team und die verschiedenen Gruppen als nächstes arbeiten werden;
- Stellt sicher, dass Produktinkremente in hoher Qualität und unter Berücksichtigung von Kunden
- und Stakeholder-Feedback iterativ geliefert werden, um eine kontinuierliche Produktverbesserung zu gewährleisten;
- Zeigt klar auf und bietet Lösungen für produktbezogene Hindernisse;
- Arbeitet mit anderen Product Ownern zusammen und unterstützt sie bei der Festlegung von Prioritäten für die globale Rollout-Roadmap und das Backlog;
- Stellt sicher, dass die nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen an die Lösung erfüllt werden, z. B. Leistung, Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit und Ergonomie/Benutzbarkeit;
- Stellt sicher, dass das Produkt pünktlich, im Rahmen des Budgets und in hoher Qualität geliefert wird und den hohen Anforderungen der Interessengruppen standhält;
- Berät Abteilungen und Entscheidungsgremien in Fragen der Richtlinien und Prozesse der Allianz Gruppe für die Multifaktor-Authentifizierung.
- Erleichtert die persönliche Entwicklung des Teams; Mitglieder des Teams können sich sowohl funktional als auch persönlich weiterentwickeln.

**Anforderungen/Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen**:

- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Geschäftsfelds Identity & Access Management, der Markttrends und Wettbewerber sowie der Einsatzerfahrungen mit Sicherheits
- und Multifaktor-Authentifizierungslösungen (MFA).
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Business Administration, Change Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT oder vergleichbare Ausbildung;
- Vorzugsweise 8+ Jahre einschlägige Managementerfahrung in großen und komplexen IT- oder Technologieorganisationen mit internationalen Teams und einem multikulturellen Umfeld;
- Breites technisches Fachwissen, Interesse an IT-Sicherheit, Offenheit für neue Trends und Technologien. Einblick in die neuesten Technologien im Bereich Identitäts
- und Zugangsmanagement.
- Fähigkeit zur effizienten Kommunikation und Anwendung von AGILE- und Lean-Methoden zur Unterstützung und Beratung von Aktivitäten in der Konzeptphase der geplanten Anwendung;
- Erfahrung mit dem Bereitstellungsprozess und die Fähigkeit, angemessene Beiträge für die erfolgreiche Einführung globaler Dienstfunktionen für interne Kunden zu ermitteln und zu leisten;
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift) sind ein Muss;
