Kerngeschäft sind Entwicklung, Herstellung und weltweiter Vertrieb von gewerblichen Vollautomaten für Kaffeespezialitäten und Filterkaffeemaschinen unter den Marken Melitta® und Cafina® sowie der internationale Technische Kundendienst. **Wir suchen ab sofort **in Vollzeit** und unbefristet Verstärkung**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung einer Service
- und Qualitätsstrategie basierend auf der allgemeinen Unternehmensstrategie von Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions sowie für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des globalen Service Angebots
- Sie treiben den Aufbau einer datenbasierten Serviceorganisation aktiv voran
- Sie verantworten die Definition von KPI´s, der strategischen Ausrichtung, sowie die daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen zur indirekten Steuerung der Serviceeinheiten
- Sie legen Qualitäts-KPI´s fest und sind verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Steuerung der Organisation anhand dieser
- Die Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation von Trends, Entwicklungen und Kundenanforderungen sowie deren Auswertung zur Einleitung von Maßnahmen gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen der internen und externen Serviceorganisationen
- Sie verantworten die Sicherstellung und Optimierung einer durchgängigen Service Support Organisation (Feld und remote Service, Service Level Struktur)
- Die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Tools, Prozessen und Standards zur einheitlichen und effizienten Steuerung der Serviceaktivitäten fallen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Festlegung und Entwicklung einer organisationsweiten Qualitätsphilosophie und -strategie

**Sie passen zu uns**
- Sie haben Ihr betriebswirtschaftliches und/oder technisches Hochschulstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie konnten bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Servicemanagement und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sammeln
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Anwendung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (z.B. Lean Six Sigma)
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Idealerweise beherrschen Sie noch eine weitere Fremdsprache
- Sie überzeugen uns mir Ihrer Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Idealerweise konnten Sie durch längere Auslandsaufenthalte interkulturelle Kompetenzen erwerben
- Sie sind ein kommunikativer sowie pragmatischer Teamplayer mit Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
