**Intern Pricing in E-Commerce Logistics (m/w/d)**

After building up the DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) over the past 4 years we have proven the concept, reached a level of maturity & insights that allows us to take the next step in our evolution.

Our ambition is to build the largest global fulfillment network truly based on ONE global standard. Allowing our customers to use our smart on-demand fulfillment service across all regions.

**These are your tasks**:
Have you ever been curious on how certain rates were calculated and how to build the fundament for a healthy business model?

You will be responsible for the strategic development and optimization of the DFN Calculation tool, including:

- Collaborating with various input factors and stakeholders: Engage with different departments and stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights.
- Creative problem-solving: Develop innovative solutions to operational challenges within a standardized product framework.
- Process simplification and optimization: Work closely with the Pricing Team to continuously enhance and streamline the FN Calculation tool through a dedicated change process.
- Strategic process improvement: Identify and implement strategic initiatives to simplify and improve existing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce accurate calculations and document the assumptions carefully
- Steer the interests of the Stakeholders, following the given rules in the pricing process
- Help to identify development priorities
- Contribute independently to the development of the FN Calculation tool

**Qualifications**

**Education Level**

English (very good)

**Experience Level**

Must have:

- Understanding of Logistics processes and terminology
- High affinity for business cases and logistics solution design
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- High Accuracy of deliverables
- Motivation to learn and contribute

Preferred:

- Skills in Microsoft Power Apps
- Working experience in Finance and Pricing
- Experience of working in global, regional and country environments
- Affinity & insights into the eCom market / eCom needs
