- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Sie beraten das Senior Management innerhalb der Digital Workplace Platform in Bezug auf Probleme, Risiken und Lösungsarchitektur
- Sie übernehmen die Führung und strategische Ausrichtung der Mitarbeiter innerhalb der Digital Workplace und Infrastructure & Security Operations Organisation
- Sie fordern, entwickeln und verwalten IT-Budgets (20-30 Mio. €) im Verantwortungsbereich, um die effektive Nutzung von Ressourcen und Dienstleistungen externer Partner sicherzustellen
- Steuerung von Programmen, Projekten und Initiativen der strategischen Roadmap in den Bereichen Digital Workplace, IT Infrastructure & Security Operations in Bezug auf Budget, Umfang und Qualität sowie Verwaltung von Verträgen in Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern
- Etablierung, Implementierung und Kontrolle der notwendigen Governance-Prozesse in den Bereichen Digital Workplace und Infrastructure & Security
- Ein Teil Ihrer Aufgabe wird es sein, Disaster-Recovery-Verfahren einzurichten und zu steuern, um die IT-Kontinuität zu gewährleisten.
- Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit wird darin bestehen, die Auswirkungen von Schwachstellen und Vorfällen im Bereich der Informationssicherheit auf das Unternehmen zu minimieren.
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der globalen IT-Strategieplanung, in der Projektmanagement-Praxis und in der Leitung eines großen internationalen Teams
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der strategischen Planung und Umsetzung. Kenntnisse in Vertragsgestaltung, Verhandlungsführung und Change Management.
- Erfahrung in der Führung großer (agiler) Teams rundet Ihr persönliches Portfolio ab
- Sie sprechen fließend (in Wort und Schrift) Englisch und Deutsch
