SPRK. global GmbH, a leading green tech startup is currently seeking a CTO to join our talented development team. Our mission is to digitalize the food supply chain to facilitate a reduction in global food prices, lower CO2 emissions, and aid in combating world hunger.

As our CTO, you will lead our Product & Technology Team to execute a business-aligned technology strategy, driving innovation, managing key initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships for a competitive edge.

Aufgaben
- Lead and expand our Product & Technology Team at SPRK. global
- Develop and lead the technology strategy in alignment with SPRK's business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your team and further recruit a high-performing engineering team
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery
- Manage key tech initiatives and leverage strategic partnerships
- Evaluate and steer the implementation of new technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with the CEO to represent the company's technological vision to investors, clients, and partners

Qualifikation
- Experienced tech leader with track record of achievements in Start-Ups, preferably as a CTO in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in working with high-performance ecommerce and marketplace technology
- Extensive hands-on software development, engineering, technology architecture and AI & Machine Learning expertise
- Proficient in working with our main tech stack: Python, Django, AWS
- Can-do and roll-up sleeves mentality, solution orientation and output driven
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align technology strategies with overall business goals
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate with high-profile customers and external partners
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
