**What you will do**

We offer students/interns an attractive working environment and exciting tasks in the Liaison Management Team. You will have the chance to gain a deep insight, especially in cross-organizational internal Success Story and external reference management liaison. Furthermore, the intern will have the opportunity to support/lead transformation, people, and change management projects for Customer Engagement Support.

Your assistance will be expected in the following matters:

- Liaison with different teams within the Customer Engagement Support (CES) Change Management Team, HR, and the related CES teams
- Support and delivery of the CES Customer Success Story Program
- Create monthly report for customer reference assets in MS Excel and MS Power Automate and manage internal system updates
- Create transformation and change stories (e.g., articles, social media pages, blog posts, videos)
- Support various projects, especially people and change management as well as transformation initiatives
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special activities on demand
- Design communication assets (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, posters, flyers, illustrations)

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or comparable
- Computer skills: MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Language skills: fluent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
- Soft skills: the ability to work in a global team with multicultural nature, creative, focus on quality and results, open personality, and professional communication style, pro-active
- Others: Previous experience in the area of communications, marketing, or project management is a plus

**Meet the team**

The Customer Engagement Support (CES) team actively contributes to the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). We provide scalable and simplified services to customers and customer-facing roles in CSS by pro-actively monitoring quality, performing lifecycle management, and supporting and driving global strategic initiatives.

The Liaison Management team is part of the Customer Engagement Support (CES) organization which strives to deliver centralized and integrated support to the customers and customer-facing roles within the Customer Success organization.
While always working towards the CES Mission, the Liaison Management team is responsible for several topics:

- By combining input from top tier industry analysts and market forecasts, the team is constantly analyzing global IT and market trends.
- Besides the Market & Trend Analysis the Liaison Management team is part of the Analyst Relations Liaison, and therefore effectively manages interactions with key industry analysts.
- As the team leads the new cross-team reference management they provide an extensive reference KPI framework for SAP Services & Support and delivers several activities from reference reporting to reference tool optimization.
- Moreover, the Liaison Management team drives different People and Change Management as well as Communication activities within CES#Workingstudent #Werkstudent
