**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Building and implementing the talent acquisition strategy for Germany, aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives and growth plans
- Leading, managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance as well as supporting to ensure high-quality talent acquisition processes and outcomes
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with external recruitment partners, including RPO providers, to use their expertise and resources when necessary
- Analysing recruitment data and metrics to identify areas of improvement, assessing hiring efficiency, as well as making data-driven decisions to optimize talent acquisition efforts
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team and partners
- Collaborating with HR leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance employer branding and ensure alignment between talent acquisition and broader HR strategies
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including substantial experience leading a team
- Solid knowledge of the German labor market and talent acquisition trends, with experience in recruiting for various functions and levels, experience working with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred
- Demonstrable track record of efficiently implementing and driving talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent as well as excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team to achieve high performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and social media networks as well as analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize recruitment processes
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
