**Legal Counsel (m/w/d)**
- zur Unterstützung des Geschäftsführungsteams in der Firmenzentrale in Monheim am Rhein.**Deine Aufgaben**:
- ** **Erstellung, Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Verträgen aller Art, schwerpunktmäßig in englischer Sprache- ** **Du bist einer der Ansprechpartner für rechtliche Fragestellungen (u.a. Softwarelizenzrecht, Urheberrecht, IT-Recht, allgemeines
- Zivilrecht, nationales und internationales Wirtschaftsrecht, Handels
- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Arbeitsrecht)- ** **Begleitung und Verhandlung nationaler und internationaler Verträge
- ** **Beratung der Geschäftsführung in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten
- ** **Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und bei der Ermittlung relevanter Rechtspflichten
- ** **Mitwirkung bei allgemeinen Projekten im Tagesgeschäft

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- ** **Abschluss des 2. juristischen Staatsexamens (Volljurist)
- ** **Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren der oben genannten Rechtsgebiete
- ** **Interesse an einem breitgefächerten Aufgabengebiet und die Bereitschaft auch über den juristischen Tellerrand zu schauen
- ** **Unternehmerisches Denken und Verständnis für die wirtschaftlichen Hintergründe rechtlicher Fragestellungen
- ** **Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift***

**Idealerweise verfügst Du auch über**:

- ** **Eine Affinität zu IT-Themen
- ** **Einen gesunden Menschenverstand, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- verständlich darzustellen und zu präsentieren- ** **Eine zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- ** **Lernbereitschaft, sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
