**Ihre Verantwortungsgebiete**
- Die weitestgehend selbstständige Immobilienverwaltung des Berliner Immobilienportfolios, insbesondere der Siemens-Villa in Berlin-Steglitz-Zehlendorf sowie unser Berlin-Mitte Ensemble in Prenzlauer Berg sowie weitere Objekte in Berlin-Mitte.
- Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung und Entwicklung der Objekte in London und New York.
- Die Verwaltung der Projektgesellschaften sowie der Inline Foundation.
- Mitgestaltung bei Projektentwicklungen und Vermarktungsaktivitäten.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Immobilienverwaltung: Instandhaltungsmanagement, Vertragsmanagement, Nebenkostenabrechnungen, sowie Kaufmännisches Objektmanagement.
- Verwaltung der Gesellschaften: Büromanagement, Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsverkehr, Dokumentenmanagement, sowie die Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater.
- Projektmanagement: Mitgestaltung bei der Prüfung und Umsetzung von Potentialen, insbesondere Modernisierungsmaßnahmen, sowie der Entwicklung von Neubaupotentialen.
- Stiftungsarbeit: Umsetzung des Konzeptes auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene, sowie die Organisation von öffentlichen Aufnahmesitzungen mit internationalen Künstlern der klassischen zeitgenössischen Musik.

**Ihr Profil**
- Bachelor of Real Estate, Immobilienfachwirt, Immobilienökonom oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 10 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung im Property Management, der Immobilienprojektentwicklung oder im Asset Management.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein liegen in Ihrer Persönlichkeit. Sie nehmen wechselnde Herausforderungen an und handeln lösungsorientiert.
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift sowie grundsätzlich die Bereitschaft zu reisen.
- Interesse und erste Erfahrungen mit Meditationsmethoden und Achtsamkeitstrainings sind von Vorteil, ebenso Interesse an Architektur, Kunst und Musik.
