**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du startest mit einer Top-Einarbeitung, in der Du tiefe Einblicke in unseren Markt und unser Business, unsere Prozesse, Produkte und Sales-Strategie,bekommst
- Danach bist Du fit für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams mit 6 bis 8 Mitgliedern und natürlich auch für Deine aktive Mitarbeit im Operativen Sales-Alltag
- Dein Auftrag: als „Door Opener“ für unsere Account Manager*innen Termine mit potenziellen Neukunden zu vereinbaren
- Definitiv keine 08/15-Akquise und keine Routine-Gespräche nach Skript. Denn Eure Gesprächspartner*innen sind HR- und Fachbereichsmanager*innen renommierter Großunternehmen. Authentisch, zielrorientiert und mit guten Argumenten machst Du sie auf univativ neugierig
- Ob Identifizierung der richtigen Gesprächspartner*innen, Erstansprache, Qualifizierung oder regelmäßige Nachverfolgung - Du arbeitest zielorientiert und bleibst am Ball
- Der wichtigste Punkt auf Deiner Agenda ist Dein Team. Schulen und Coachen, Fördern und Fordern, Motivieren und Vorleben - so schaffts Du beste Voraussetzungen für eine optimale Performance
- Du hast Deine Zahlen und Ziele stets im Blick und die Teamergebnisse im Griff. Das regelmäßige Reporting an die Geschäftsführung gehört natürlich auch dazu
- Last, but not least, bist Du bei uns auch „Recruiter“. Denn die Gewinnung neuer Teammitglieder aus unserem Talentpool übernimmst Du selbst

**Dein Profil**
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelor-Studium ist Deine Basis
- Danach hast Du bereits (erste) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales oder im Telemarketing eines Unternehmens gesammelt. Aber auch mit Vertriebserfahrung aus einem anderen Umfeld kannst Du gut zu uns passen
- Wenn Du schon Erfahrung aus dem Recruiting-Umfeld - z. B. Personaldienstleister oder Personalberatung - mitbringst, um so besser
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams ist ein Plus. Die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter*innen zu motivieren und erfolgreich zu machen, ist ein Muss
- Du arbeitest versiert mit den MS-Office-Programmen
- Du hast den Ehrgeiz, gesteckte (Vertriebs-)Ziele zu erreichen? Perfekt
