**Deine Position**

Als Mitarbeiter*in im Customer Service bist Du der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und stehst ihm mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Manufaktur, dem Sales-Team und dem Marketing werden immer Lösungen für unsere Berater*innen & Kunden gefunden.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit unserer deutschen und internationalen Berater*innen und Kunden durch Erfüllung sämtlicher Aufgaben des Customer Services in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebs
- und Versandabteilung
- Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenanfragen
- Kundenberatung, Auftragserfassung, -änderungen und -disposition
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Aktiver telefonischer Verkauf unserer Produkte und Aktionen
- Kommunikation mit unserer Community auf Social Media
- Mitwirkung an diversen Projekten

**Deine Qualifikation / Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice und / oder im Vertrieb
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office), Kenntnisse ERP-System vorzugsweise SAGE wünschenswert
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Lösungsorientierung und sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr guter Umgang mit der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Empathie zur Einschätzung des Gegenübers und Entwicklung eines geeigneten Gesprächsgrundaufbaus
- Hohe Dienstleistungs
- und Kundenorientierung
- Erfolgreicher Teamplayer, der durch Aktion, Engagement und Unterstützung motiviert
