**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Umsetzen der Geschäftsbereichsstrategie sowie Wahrnehmen der Führungsverantwortung des Bereichs Sales und Service
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung von Marktthemen mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie auf Konzernebene
- Fördern einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit, Organisieren eines regelmäßigen Informationsaustausches, Beraten der Teams und kontinuierliches Weiterentwickeln aller Teammitglieder
- Entwickeln, Umsetzen und Nachverfolgen einer klaren Produkt
- und Marktstrategie
- Erstellen von Berichten und Abweichungsanalysen, Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen sowie kontinuierliches Optimieren von Prozessen
- Selbstständiges Führen eines Verkaufsgebietes inklusive dem Betreuen der dort ansässigen Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Niederlassung / Vertretung vor Ort

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches / betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und dem internationalen Vertrieb / Marketing von komplexen technischen Systemen
- Einschlägige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit sehr gutem Führungserfolg
- Kenntnisse in der Textil
- / Teppichindustrie von Vorteil
- Führerschein der Klasse B und internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und CRM
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise Wohnsitz im Raum Bayreuth oder Umzugsbereitschaft in diese Region
