**Associate (gn) Inside Sales Support**

Als Associate (gn) Inside Sales Support arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Partnern. Deine Stärken liegen in organisatorischen wie kaufmännisch-verwaltenden Tätigkeiten, mit welchen du unsere Teams in der Auftragsbearbeitung verstärkst und damit zum stetigen Wachstums des Unternehmens beiträgst.

**Das Aufgabengebiet**
- Durchführen und Bearbeiten von Preisanfragen sowie Organisieren von Angeboten der Hersteller und Lieferanten
- Verwalten und Prüfen von Neuerungen und Veränderungen im System und entsprechendes Informieren der Kunden
- Erstellen der Artikel unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Preiskataloge
- Rasches Kommunizieren an alle beteiligten Parteien bei neuer Informationslage, insbesondere beim Entdecken auftretender Probleme
- Rechnungsfakturierung sowie Stornobearbeitung

**Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten**
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, gern mit einer kaufmännischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Ausrichtung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in den relevanten Tätigkeitsbereichen
- Sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Spaß am Kommunizieren bei der nötigen Kooperationsbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B1) in Wort und Schrift
