**Assistentin/Assistent (m/w/d) des Head of Department**
**Wir suchen Bewerberinnen/Bewerber, die die vielfältigen Aufgaben und außergewöhnlichen Herausforderungen an einer Hochschule mit viel Engagement und Motivation angehen und auch in Stresssituationen den Überblick behalten.**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
**Ihre wesentliche Aufgabe ist die administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Head of Department. Dazu gehören neben den damit zusammenhängenden allgemeinen Verwaltungstätigkeiten sowie der inhaltlichen Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen unterstützende Tätigkeiten unter anderem in folgenden Themenfeldern**:
- **Verteilung und Überwachung der Departmentmittel, Budgetanmeldung sowie -controlling**:
- **Personalgewinnung und -administration**:
- **Erstellung von Department-Entwicklungsplänen**:
- **Deputatsplanung und -überwachung**
**Des Weiteren nehmen Sie eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion zu den einzelnen Bereichen der Verwaltung, zentralen Einrichtungen und weiteren Departments wahr.**
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
- **Laufbahnprüfung für die Laufbahndes gehobenen nichttechnischen Dienstes bzw. eine als gleich
- wertig anerkannte Prüfung oder ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in einem für die Aufgabenerledigung geeigneten Studiengang (z. B. der Fachrichtungen Betriebswirtschaft, Verwaltungsbetriebswirtschaft)**:
- **Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Controlling, Projektmanagement und/oder Finanzbuchhaltung sind von Vorteil**:
- **sicherer Umgang mit moderner Büro
- und Kommunikationstechnik sowie der Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**:
- **sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten**:
- **Kommunikationsstärke verbunden mit einer sehr guten sprachlichen und schriftlichen Ausdrucksweise**:
- **Grundkenntnisse Englisch**:
- **Loyalität, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit**:
- **Flexibilität der Arbeitszeiten unter Berücksichtigung des Lehrbetriebs**
**Allgemeines zur Stelle**:
**Der Dienstort ist Lippstadt. Regelungen zum Homeoffice sind an der Hochschule vorhanden. Die im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung auf 2 Jahre befristete Vollzeitstelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen. Die Eingruppierung erfolgt je nach Aufgabenübertragung und Erfüllung der persönlichen Voraussetzungen bis Entgeltgruppe 9b nach dem Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder (TV-L).**
**Stellenbesetzungen sind grundsätzlich auch in Teilzeit möglich, sofern nicht im Einzelfall dienstliche Gründe entgegenstehen. Die Hochschule hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die berufliche Zukunft von Frauen zu fördern und fordert entsprechend qualifizierte Frauen ausdrücklich zur Bewerbung auf.
