**Your mission**:
**In this role, you will**:
- Play an integral role in Finoa’s senior leadership team by leading and optimising the Finance function within Finoa to enable a sustainable company scaling.
- Actively participate and execute our corporate development, fundraising and M&A strategy
- Define and optimize our financial as well as organizational structure aligned with our business ambition (e.g. subsidiary management).
- Develop and drive Finoa’s financial planning, budgeting and business and risk analysis and transform the company’s steering.
- Manage and optimise our treasury with special focus on our crypto token treasury.
- Oversee the accounting processes and ensure regulatory compliance within the Finance function and beyond.
- Strongly interact and collaborate with the risk as well as other steering functions within Finoa.
- Potentially: Lead and built-out our insights function in close collaboration with our product team and thereby take a strong initiative in steering the company.
**What you need to be successful**:
- 5+ years of experience in managing a nance function in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment (either as a CFO in a small startup or Director or VP Finance at a bigger organisation). Experience in Fin Tech and regulated environment is highly preferred as well as experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Audit.
- Strong leadership experience in internationally setup companies with innovative company cultures.
- Experience with building, developing and leading teams, as you love to support your team’s growth.
- Experience or strong interest in Crypto - either professionally or privately.
- Entrepreneurial mindset is your second nature.
- Ability to make well-informed, effective and timely decisions, even when data is limited.
- Capability of understanding the whole picture and including all relevant stakeholder when making decisions.
- Strategic approach that entails a broad view of the industry, taking both strengths and weaknesses into account, and ability to easily identify opportunities for improvements.
