Als **Personal Assistant** (m/w/d) bist du die unterstützende Kraft für Simon Wittmann in seiner Funktion als Head of Business Development. Er ist mit seinem Team der Wachstumsort des Unternehmens, und du bist die unterstützende Kraft für alle Themen von ihm in den Bereichen Sales und Marketing: sei es in der Terminplanung mit Kunden, allgemeiner Kalender und E-Mail Organisation, Planung von Reisen sowie allen weiteren Themen aus dem Tagesgeschäft.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung von klassischen Assistenz / kaufmännischen / verwaltenden / organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Direkter und telefonischer Kundenkontakt bei organisatorischen Themen
- Lead Recherche

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Ein vorausschauende Auge mit Organisationstalent
- Erfahrung in Assistenztätigkeiten mit Führungskräften / Geschäftsführern ODER ein ausgeprägtes bewiesenes Talent dafür
- Leichter Umgang mit modernen und digitalen Tools
- Fähigkeit sich neue Prozesse schnell anzueignen und diesen exakt zu folgen
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Details
- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- Proaktive Generierung und Einbringung eigener Ideen
- Wohnort in Bayreuth und Bereitschaft einmal in der Woche (2 Tage, mit bezahlter Übernachtung) nach Mühldorf am Inn im gestelltem PKW zu reisen
