Senior Projektmanager/taskforcemanager Interior

**For our business segment Interior Functions of Continental Engineering Services (CES), we are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Task Force Manager (M/F/diverse) to start as soon as possible at locations in Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Nuremberg, Babenhausen or Markdorf.**:
**Your Task**:

- Management of large (software) projects
- Leading cross-site teams, also internationally
- Assessment of the overall situation and the identification of problem areas and risks
- Planning and tracking the resolution of critical issues
- Organization and management of (software) meetings with the technical experts
- Development of technical solutions and the control of their implementation
- Focusing of the team on critical areas and identification of suitable employees
- Organization and management of customer meetings, also at management level
- Regular, transparent status report to management
- Support and coaching of the project team
- Active change management in critical project phases
- If necessary, integration of external know-how to support the team

**Your Profile**:

- Completed studies in the field of electronics, mechanical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an embedded software developer, preferably in the automotive or comparable industries
- Several years of management experience as a technical project lead or team leader, preferably in the entire product life cycle and in the area of embedded software projects
- Experience in managing escalation processes
- Knowledge in coaching
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Good comprehension for quick familiarization with third-party systems/SW systems with a high degree of technical complexity
- A high level of social competence, communication skills and motivational skills as well
- Assertiveness and good (self-) organizational skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (10-30%)
