**What You Will Do**
- Ensuring the coordination and scheduling of training courses as well as training materials or components
- Planning the efficient deployment of trainers and continuous quality improvement in the training area
- Coordinating training content with the technical documentation team
- Professional management and development of employees in the Fendt Training Center
- Conducting training courses and providing support at trade fairs and other Fendt events

**What You Will Bring**
- Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery mechatronics (master craftsman) or comparable
- Detailed knowledge of the Fendt product portfolio
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

**A Plus If You Have**
- You find it easy to understand technical processes

- You have a high sense of responsibility incl. willingness to lead
- You convince with your distinctive communication skills in connection with methodical-didactical knowledge
