**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Fragen der Mitarbeiter:innen zu Gehaltsabrechnungen und internen Richtlinien
- Du bist verantwortlich für die monatliche Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung, einschließlich der Koordination des Zahlungsprozesses für Gehälter und gesetzliche Steuern
- Du erstellst lohnabrechnungsrelevante Berichte, Statistiken und Präsentationen
- Du fungierst als Fachexperte für unsere Payroll-Projekte in Deutschland, wie z.B. Wechsel des Payroll-Anbieters, Verwaltung von Zeiterfassungstools, Workday Payroll Interface_._

- 5-6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung auf dem deutschen Markt
- Du verfügst über das Know-how, alle arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen sicher und selbstständig zu beantworten
- Du bist begeistert von der Teilnahme an Transformationsprojekten und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse mit unseren HRIS-Tools (z.B. Workday),
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick und Lösungs
- sowie Serviceorientierung aus
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch verfügen.
