**Quality Assurance Coordinator (M/F/D)**
- start date: January 2025
- on site in Stuttgart and surrounding area
- the position is initially for one year
- 40 hours per week

**Where you will have an impact**:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our training programs and driving data. You will be responsible for ensuring that the fleet operations are carried out to the highest security standards.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct regular assessments of operating standards across teams and individuals to ensure they meet quality standards and objectives
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
- Monitor and analyse training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs and operating standards
- In conjunction with Team Leads, assist with staff professional development and course completion
- Interact with cross functional stakeholders to understand training requirements for future business needs e.g. growth of commercial operations

**What you will bring**

**Essential**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and excellent planning abilities
- Full clean driving licence
- At least 8 years' driving experience mainly in Germany
- No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
- Strong driving skills and knowledge and willingness to continue developing
- Employment is contingent upon passing random drug and alcohol testing, in accordance with our Drugs & Alcohol policy.

**Desirable**:

- A recognised Assessor qualification/experience
- A recognised Quality Assurance qualification/experience
- ADAS experience

**Additional Requirements**:

- Available to work full-time on-site based in our office in Stuttgart, 5 days a week.
- Experience in driving professionally, i.e. with T1/T2/Bertha qualification or equivalent.
