**What you'll do**
- Creating crisp, informative compelling internal communication formats and assets ensuring key messages are shared with and understood by affected teams and individuals
- Identifying those key messages by listening actively during meetings or reading through information shared (i.e., Board Sprint Meetings, Quarterly Update Calls, Jira Tickets)
- Creating an ongoing communication roadmap and keep track
- Partner with the L2 CXS communications lead, and other key functions to ensure relevant, aligned and effective communications
**What you bring**
- Experience in internal and external communications
- Experience with communication and collaboration tools like MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint
- High level of quality, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility
- Demonstrated strength in working collaboratively with, and across a variety of global, cross-functional teams
- Growth mindset with desire to learn and try new approaches
- Self-motivated and team oriented
- Excellent English language, writing and editing skills, German is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills - communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
- University Degree, in Communications, Communications Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable
- Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers is a plus

Everything starts with the customer first, identifying the best Customer Journey which means aligning, merging or integrating SAP's digital touchpoints, tools & services along the customer journey.
