**ABOUT THE ROLE***:
Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking for a new opportunity? Join us as a HR Operations Coordinator Become a part of our hands-on HR Team, collaborate with different stakeholders, and drive process improvements along the employee cycle.
As a german speaking HR Operations Coordinator (all genders) at BEAT81 you will be part of our People Operations Team and work closely with Sonja as your manager, Jule our Junior People Operations Manager and Marolys our Office Manager.
**Location**: Berlin (hybrid)

**Language requirement**: German, English
**YOU WILL BE WORKING ON**:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
- Own payroll administration, including timesheet management, tracking attendance, and updating employee information in the payroll system. Together, we will be in charge to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Create and further develop HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and databases and learn how to leverage our HR Tool Personio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR Operations function.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You have **previous HR work experience **and are familiar with basic german labor law and payroll processes
- You are **fluent in German **(Native or C1) and have very **good English** (B2 or higher) skills
- You are good at** keeping things in order **and have a knack for documentation
