With currently 3000 employees, the John Deere factory in Mannheim has been Germany’s largest manufacturer and exporter of agricultural tractors for more than 50 years. The production program for the worldwide market includes 27 different basic models (66 to 184kW (90 to 250hp)) in different versions and with numerous options. The Mannheim factory accounts for two-thirds of Germany’s total tractor production.

Our department Product Management is looking for an inquisitive support starting 1st September 2023 for 6 months.

**Intern Digitalization & Process Management** (M/F/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Digitization of business processes using automation tools (RPA, Excel VBA, MS Flow)
- Creation and improvement of data visualizations using PowerBI
- Creation and improvement of PowerAutomate flows
- Assist in the improvement of analytical, strategic PIP reports (Product Improvement Program).
- Assist in the improvement of strategic and innovative presentations/reports for senior management

**What Skills You Need**:

- Enrollment (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word / Excel), VBA as well as PowerBI
- Profound knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- A high degree of independence and commitment
