Join H.B. Fuller's Manufacturing Site in Nienburg, Lower Saxony, Germany, for a challenging and rewarding opportunity. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chemical Laboratory Technician or degreed Chemist, ideally with experience in specialty, water-based polymer science. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for conducting research tasks under the guidance of experienced scientists and managers, contributing to the development and improvement of products and processes at the laboratory bench level.

Aufgaben
- Independently completing basic projects, drawing conclusions, and documenting results.
- Supporting product or process demonstrations and identifying solutions to problems.
- Documenting test results, making process improvement recommendations, and updating project documentation.
- Fulfilling responsibilities as required by the Quality System for the Site/Business Unit.
- Technical support and joint visits to customers.
- Preparation and presentation of technical presentations to customers and industry organizations.

Qualifikation
- Minimum 1 year of professional industry experience, preferably in water-based adhesives.
- Demonstrated ability to complete basic projects independently.
- Good communication skills, collaborative style, coachable, bias for action.
- Fluency in English, verbally and in written form.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel, primarily in Europe.
